Jon and I are headed out to a retreat tomorrow and will be leaving our little Addy cakes with my mom. This makes menu planning easier, however I am still trying to figure out how I am going to stay on plan with my eating when I have no idea of what we are eating on this retreat. I'm just praying some sort of lean protein will be available on Friday and I should be good!
Sunday: Baked Fajitas and Spanish Rice (small group night, I will eat chicken and peppers)
Monday: Crockpot Chicken Taco Soup
Tuesday: Chicken Fried "rice" (cauliflower)
Wednesday: Youth Dinner - tacos
I also have plans to do some freezer cooking next week so here is my lineup:
whole Wheat Chocolate Chip Pancakes
Chocolate Granola Bars
Apple Chips (not for the freezer)
