TSFL Update Week 12 Update

I am back in the losing game.  I was so bummed last week with my small loss, that it was good for me to get away from the scale and visit family and not think about it too much (other than eating on plan the entire time).

Had a fabulous time visiting with family and ate a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner that was delicious, filling, and healthy!

6 oz, white turkey meat, Mashed Cauliflower, and  few stray veggies!  Instead of pie, I ate my meal replacement bar and we were good to go!

So my loss this week, THANKSGIVING WEEK was 2.4 pounds bringing my total loss to 38 pounds.

I need to take a photo to show some progress... but I never remember when I'm dressed and ready for the day so I'll keep trying!! :)
