Take Shape for Life: Week 10 Update

Remember how last week I mentioned I was nearing my first weight loss goal and needed to lose 3.6 pounds to make it?? I had banked on getting there in two weeks but the Lord answered my prayer of killing it this week!!

This weeks loss 3.8 pounds!! This is the highest loss I've had (not including week 1) so I was surprised when I got on the scale.

I also lost another 4.5 inches in the past two weeks bring my totals of 10 weeks to...

Pounds Lost: 35.2
Inches Lost: 29.5

Woo Hoo!  Not gonna lie, there was a little dance party going on in my house today!
