Take Shape for Life Update - Week 4

I have just been so excited with my results week after week!  It's normally at this time on any plan where I start to plateau, but not here!  I talked to one of my cousins who has been doing Take Shape for Life for about 5 months and has been having consistent losses the entire time.  How awesome!!

My last official weigh in (on the blog) was 2 weeks ago.  I mentioned last week about how I ate out a TON on vactation and still lost.  Here are my results from the past two week (9 days of that was on vacation).
I am quite certain I have never lost weight on vacation!!  I also sat in a car for 34 hours and went on two walks for "exercise."

Pounds Lost: 5.4
Inches Lost: 5

Lets add that to my running totals...

In 27 days here is what Take Shape for Life has done for me (with lots of commitment of course)
Pounds lost: 17.6
Inches lost: 15

I only have about 6 more days of food to go, but made the decision today to jump on board another month because I am close to my second goal, and another month will put me ALMOST there.  It is completely worth the investment to me because I am feeling awesome, and have found this plan really easy to follow.  I also have found foods I enjoy, so I can order those!
