Oh how I love her!

There are some moments in life I wish I could bottle up and bring back out later in life so I can remember it perfectly.  A few nights ago Addy and I rocked and rocked and rocked in her chair before I put her down to bed.  While rocking I sang three worship songs over and over (and quite loud cause no one else was home).

She rested with her head on my shoulder sucking her thumb, all cuddled and cute.  After about 30 minutes she sat up and reached for her crib (apparently she was tired), so I laid her down.  I then picked up the house and grabbed the baby monitor only to here here "singing" in her crib by herself.  So precious.

I told Jon about it and he said, "Ah, just like when she was a baby!"
My reply, "No, it was even sweeter because she actually chose to sit there and rock and cuddle with me, before she just had to and was unaware."

How awesome for my little one to want to spend time snuggled up with me.  It just reminded me of how much God wants me to come to him each and every day in the same way.  How awesome.
