Ingredients
Meat of choice - we use chicken breast
Veggies of choice - we use frozen corn, sliced bell peppers, onion, frozen green beans, and carrots (cut).
Potato - cut into chunks (sometimes my husband throws frozen sweet potato fries in his)
Seasoning of choice - Johnnys, Montreal Steak Seasoning, teriyaki sauce... limitless options
Butter
Instructions:
-Get large piece of heavy duty foil and lay it flat
-Pile your potatoes and veggies on your foil in the center
-Put your meat on top (leave the piece whole)
-Add a chunk (1 Tbl) of butter
-Add seasonings
-Fold up foil and throw on Med. Grill for 30 minutes or until meat is done.
As you can probably tell from my ingredient list you really can put almost anything in these things! We basically just rummage through the fridge and freezer and whatever we have is whatever we put in our foil packs.
Since I'm still on the cleanse part of the 24 day challenge I have been making it without the potato in it, and with just a smidge of olive oil instead of butter.
We used to do these with a hamburger on the camp fire when I was young. Great meal idea!
