We are doing some traveling starting tomorrow! So excited to get out of dodge for a couple of days! We are keeping our meals for our time away simple because I want to be able to relax as well!
Thursday: Tuna Casserole, Salad
Friday: Slow Cooker Chinese Chicken Curry w/ rice
Saturday: Grilled Cheese, Salad
Sunday: Salsa Corn Chowder, Italian Bread Sticks
Monday: Pulled Pork Sandwiches, Salad
Tuesday: Cheesy Hashbrown Chili (bumped from last week's menu because we ended up not needing to cook one night)
Wednesday: Pancakes, Sausage, Fruit (Youth group dinner)

I've made it before and we really like it!! :) Even Addy - although she's the most unpicky eater ever.
