If you have never been an "Amazon Mom" member they have now opened it up again so you can join. Amazon mom benefits include free 2 day shipping on most items and 20% discount on diapers and wipes. This is a great way to get diapers delivered to your door for a good price!
This free membership is only a 3 month trial so make sure to mark your calendar to cancel your subscription prior to the 3 months ending or you will be charged for an Amazon Prime subscriptions ($79/year). Or you can keep your prime subscription... We are seriously considering going to a Prime Subscription because of the shipping, the Kindle Owners Lending Library, and instant streaming video (we JUST cancelled our Netflix subscription.)

Amazon Prime is totally worth it. We haven't benefitted too much from the streaming movies yet, except a few kid ones for Kendry, but the shipping benefits alone is reason enough for me. As you well know, there isn't much shopping selections around our area. Now we just look to Amazon when we need it - its usually at a cheaper price and we have it at our door via free two-day shippping. Gotta love that. Oh, and the lending library is another great perk.
ReplyDeleteWhy did you cancel Netflix? My mom has Amazon Prime & lets me use it (I suppose I should pay here for half....oops!)...anyway...you could save if you have someone you trust to share with you. You are allowed to save multiple credit cards & shipping addresses, so it's not against the rules (that I know of). You would just have to trust that the other person wouldn't use your card. On occasion either my mom or I have messed up & used each other's cards, so then we have to pay each other back. But I def love having Prime. Oh...I'm not able to stream to my Roku with her account though, b/c it's already hooked up to her Roku...but I can still watch on my computer.
ReplyDeleteWe only had instant and the instant selection is just not that great! I wanted the prime subscription more so we went ahead and did that instead of netflix. The last straw was when I was deep into the seasons of the Cosby show and it VANISHED from netflix. gr..
