Baked Apple Chips

We have had apples lying around for the past week and I have been unable to eat them because of my wisdom teeth removal so I decided to bake them (thank you pinterest, once again).

 I do not have an apple corer so I sliced the apples and was going to cut out the center with my circle fondant cookie cutters but I couldn't find it. So i used a star one.  :)

 I layed them all out on a pan with parchment paper and sprinkled cinnamon on them.  Put them in a 200 degree oven for 1 hour on each side and they turned out like this:

 I was not very good at cutting them evenly so some were more crispy than others, but they were absolutely delicious. 

While eating I thought the star was a nice touch and might make quite the adorable garland or tree decorations for a food themed tree.
