While I haven't been posting my menu the past couple of week, I have still been putting it together and mostly sticking to it!! :)
We are still eating pretty Lean & Green, especially during the week, and I will enjoy a few more carbs on the weekends.
Here is this week's menu plan.
Thursday: Ranger Dinners with Turkey Sausage
Friday: Sour Cream Chicken Enchiladas, Spanish Rice, Salad (I am bringing dinner to a family who recently had a baby)
Saturday: Dinner out for my birthday!
Sunday: Taco Salad
Monday: Panera Asian Sesame Chicken Salad Copy Cat
Tuesday: Sunday PotRoast
Wednesday: Youth group Dinner
