The program is a combination of meal replacements and real food! It also helps you learn the habits of health, and you have a free health coach! The coaching has been the best part for me. Anytime I had a question about if a food was compatible with the plan, all I had to do was text/call/email my coach and she would research for me. The coaching is also invaluable through transition and maintenance (which I am currently doing right now).

One of my favorite things about this program is that I had consistent losses each week. Before when I have been a strict calorie counter I would eat good all week and maybe lose 1/2 pound. Any week that I was completely on track I lost anywhere from 1-4.5 pounds. My average was about 2.5/week. When you have quite a bit of weight to lose, the quick results helped keep me motivated!
