I am currently transitioning to maintenance on my eating plan! Exciting yet somewhat scary. It has been fun introducing foods back into my diet. I at my first piece of fruit since last August this week. Crazy!!
I've lost .6 lbs this week of transition!
I'm probably not going to be posting weekly on this anymore since there isn't much to report but I do want to say that I am so glad I took this journey with my health coach starting last September. It's amazing how much change has taken place in really a short amount of time. It took sacrifice and hard work and I feel so much better!
