This weeks loss 1.6 pounds!
Total loss: 66.6 pounds!
I am beginning transition this week. Slowly I am able to add in more food. So for a few days I add 2 extra servings of veggies, then in a few days I add in a few servings of fruit... and so on.
Here is where the hard part begins folks... Living life in moderation and making healthy choices DAILY with REAL food.
