TSFL Update: Week 22

Down 2lbs this week!!! Hooray!  I did overeat a bit on Superbowl, but I made sure it was just protein and NOT CARBS, so I didn't boot myself out of fat burning thankfully.

Total loss: 56.6 Pounds!

Funny story of my week, was a lady who works in my office did not even recognize me when she saw me yesterday.  She was so caught of guard!  It was fun!
