This Week's Menu

This week is a bit different than other weeks since we will be at a youth retreat.  I will be cooking for the crew (35 of us)!  The tricky part is I end up cooking in a hotel suite with a mini fridge and tiny microwave.  I basically do most of the cooking before hand and reheat, or use the slow cooker for the recipe.  So this menu includes those items :)

Thursday - Buffalo Chicken Salad
Friday - Eat out
Saturday - Pulled Pork Sandwiches, bean, salad
Sunday - Tacos
Monday - Eat out
Tuesday - Steak, Salad
Wednesday - Youth group meal

I'll be packing all my Medifast food and some lean protein for me cause I can't really eat the pulled pork and be on plan... BBQ sauce has a BUNCH of carbs.
