This is a confessional post.
I did it, I cheated. For the first time in nearly 21 weeks I had my first cheat that kicked me out of fat burning. I must be honest and say I was feeling pretty burned out and had been sneaking bites of stupid things here and there, and just felt like I needed to get it out of my systems and start fresh like day 1 after a dinner out.
It was completely premeditated.
We had our monthly date night on Friday and went to Mexican. I had chips, salsa, and shrimp fajitas. I still made healthier choices than I would have previously (no sour cream, no rice/beans), but I ate definately enough carbs to kick me out of fat burning.
I got back on plan Saturday like it was day one, and have been on plan since. I did NOT weight myself after my cheat, but when I got on today it was a big giant ZERO loss for the week.
I am just glad it didn't go up. This week is a new week and I have high hopes, and a fresh new motivation!
