I never got around to posting my meal plans the past couple of weeks, but I did indeed plan which is probably how I was able to survive Christmas without gaining any weight! :)
Here is this weeks plan
Thursday - Creamy Buffalo Chicken bake over salad
Friday - Going out for a work function
Saturday - Cheese Stuffed Turkey Burgers (I am going to try and blog this one, cause it's become one of my healthy favorites)
Sunday - Spiced Crockpot Beef Roast
We are leaving town monday through Saturday for a retreat so I will be trying my best to stay on plan while away. So much harder when you can't control your lean and green as closely, but here's hoping!!
