Well this week made up for my way bigger than usual loss. I only lost .4 of a pound. I somewhat expected this week to be lower, but you know what... it was still a loss and that is a fabulous thing!
I do have to admit that there were 4 night where I did not weigh out my protein portion because I was either in a hurry, or was at a restaurant, or at someone's home so this week I am starting like I am day on on program. Weighing every little thing, and measuring every condiment... Just to get myself back on track.
I still feel great though and honestly with 10 weeks of fabulous losses, I'm actually suprised I didn't have a low week sooner. So here we go to Thanksgiving week. Shooting for 2.5lbs everyone. I WILL NOT CHEAT AT THANKSGIVING. I will keep repeating that to myself.
