On to another week of Lean and Green Menu Planning! Have I mentioned how much I LOVE the recipes I've been finding that fit my eating plan?? I'm already thinking about when I transition to maintenance what recipes I will continue to use... and the list is LONG! I have even had a reader say she's tried some that she's loved so I'm adding her suggestion to the menu this week!
Thursday - Ranch Tuna Noodle Casserole, and regular Tuna Casserole for the fam.
Friday - Date Night, dinner out! Will be go though! :)
Saturday - Rotisserie Style Chicken in the Slow Cooker, Salad or green beans
Sunday - Small group - pasta with meat sauce (I have a frozen portion of spaghetti squash lasagna for me) :)
Monday - Tacos (taco salad for me)
Tuesday - Chicken Strips and Salad (chicken strip recipe from my coach)
Wednesday - Frozen Lean and Green for Me - we will be traveling that day to my mom's
My new favorite approved condiment on the TSFL plan is Greek Yogurt Dip (Jalepeno flavored) from Costco! I have been eating a bell pepper with dip almost every day for my green serving of my meal. It is soooo Yummy!
