Who knew that Chicken Fried Cauliflower would actually taste almost exactly like Chicken Fried rice. I am loving finding impostor recipes that make me think i'm eating lots of carbs when I'm really not!! :)
Down another 2.6 pounds this week.
I did not do any exercise because another bug took a run through our home. Addy was out with a fever for two days and me for a full 24 hours. So no exercise and less water intake than normal (my throat hurt so bad I had to force myself to eat my meals and drink)!
My total loss in 9 weeks: 31.4 pounds!!
I'm 3.6 pounds away from my first goal, and the way things are going I should be there in two weeks, unless I have a super great week this week which would be awesome but I'm not going to expect it cause I have been averaging 2.7 a week overall (not including my first week).
