Was elated when I jumped on the scale today! I lost 3.6 pounds this week!! Hooray! That is the best week's loss since I started this program (not including the first week's 9 lbs)!
I must say that my biggest resources on this plan have been my coach Cheri and this awesome blog that has tons of Lean and Green recipes. Rule of thumb is you eat 1 Lean serving and 3 green servings for your meal, so if you want to try one out use those portions (the blog tells you how many leans and greens each recipe makes).
If you aren't ready to start the Medifast plan I just recommend swapping out your dinners with these recipes to start. My guess is you will lose some weight (although not nearly as much as if you were completely on plan). Did I mention I lost 3.6 pounds this week??
Total Loss so far 21.2 lbs in 5 weeks!
I will measure inches again next week. It's a little more labor intensive so I'm going to do that every other week!
