Take Shape for Life Update: Week 7

I need to make a habit of not getting on the scale every other day or so.  The first 5 days this week I did not lose an ounce and it was driving me bonkers.  Then finally yesterday and today I lost over 1lb!  The program boasts of 2-5 pounds per week and it has not failed me yet!

Todays official weigh in was a lost of 2.8 pounds since last Tuesday!  HOORAY!

Weight lost in 7 weeks: 26.4 pounds!  That's a big deal folks!

I still am having very little temptation to go off plan.  When you KNOW you are going to have good results like this you don't want to cheat.  It's simply not worth it.  

One thing I'm really learning is how food centered our social lives are.  You become VERY aware of this when you only get one lean and green meal a day and 5 meal replacements.  I haven't had to refuse anything, but I definitely have to order wisely or at our small group dinner last week I simply ate my bar.  It wasn't  big deal, and really everyone was like "good job, way to stick with it."

  1. So happy for you Cassie!! And you are totally right about our food-centered culture - it's not anything I would have noticed before the program.
