Well as you may have read yesterday the stomach flu came to visit me this week so I got a bit off track on my eating. With this plan it is super important you don't skip meals but I was NOT about to eat only to throw it up minutes later.
Not eating for an entire day definitely did throw me out of fat burning mode. I was hungrier and more irritable than I have been once I started eating again. But after 3 days I was back to my normal self and am not feeling hungry again!
Fortunately my weight loss was not effected but I'm pretty sure that something to do with all the puking that took place. Sorry for the gross details, but I felt they were pertinent to this post :)
This weeks loss
2.4 pounds
and in two weeks I've lost another 5 inches.
Total Loss in 6 weeks
Pounds lost: 23.6
Inches lost: 20
I am officially in a new jean size, and honestly I was trying to think of the last time I was this size and according to my camp wooten 2007 t-shirt it must have been in 2007 (cause it fits again)! Why I kept it, I have no clue.
I'm not sure how long I'm going to stay on this plan, but already I've passed my first goal and I just have so much momentum I don't want to stop. We'll see how I feel when I'm at my 2nd goal (only 12 pounds away). I keep thinking we don't really have the wiggle room in our budget, but because of how great I feel we are just moving stuff around a bit, and actually we are spending less on groceries and eating out so it's really not making that huge of a difference dollar for dollar.
