This Week's Lean and Green Menu

All of last week's recipes were a hit!  I enjoyed the meals, and there was enough variety that I didn't get bored.  I also would add a carb to Jon and Addy's dinner which was super easy.  I added a bun to their turkey burger, rice to the stir fry, toast on the side of a chicken dish.  It was great!

I'm excited to try some more fun recipes!

Thursday - Chicken with Mushrooms and Cream Sauce
Friday - I will eat leftovers from Thursday and we are going to a BBQ
Saturday - Sandy's Shrimp Scampi with Zucchini Ribbons
Sunday - Franks Hot Chicken Salad (from the TSFL Coach)
Monday - Lean Parmesan Chicken Strips with Steamed Zucchini (from the TSFL Coach)
Tuesday - Hot Sauce Chicken with Grilled Green Beans (Modified)

I also will be doing some baking for Addy's Breakfasts and Snacks so I will be putting together the following:
Healthier Zucchini Bread
Baked Oatmeal
Peanut Butter Banana Oatmeal Squares
Crescent Rolls made with ham & Cheese (for a quick lunch when I don't have anything handy)
