This Weeks Menu

You will notice that I am getting redundant again with Addy's breakfasts/lunches. At least i'm only repeating something once a week instead of five times!! 


My breakfasts:
Egg scramble :1 whole egg/2 egg white scramble with red peppers, spinach, onion and a piece of fruit
OR
1 Advocare meal replacement shake (they came with my kit)
I've been doing each, every other day. 

Addy's Breakfasts:
Thursday - Baked Oatmeal, applesauce
Friday - Toast w/PB, Banana
Saturday - Healthy Chocolate muffin, applesauce
Sunday - Yogurt, banana, toast
Monday - Baked oatmeal, applesauce
Tuesday - breakfast Cookie, banana
Wednesday - Green Monster Smoothie, toast

My Lunches:
Big Fat salad with spinach, bell pepper, cucumber, tomato, strawberries, grilled chicken, and a smidge of Walden's dressings. On Refuel Days I will throw in a piece of toast or whole wheat tortilla!

Addy's Lunches:
Thursday: Tuna salad, crackers, strawberries
Friday: Quesadilla, fruit
Saturday: Deviled Eggs, Fruit
Sunday: PB/J, applesauce
Monday: Crackers, cheese, fruit
Tuesday: PB/Jelly sandwich, Applesauce
Wednesday: Beans/Rice, fruit

Dinners:
Thursday:  Grilled Bruschetta Chicken with salad (omit cheese and substitute dressing on chicken with Walden's)
Friday: Beef Stroganaff, Salad, Italian Breadsticks, a sweet (we are bringing dinner to our friends who just had a baby) 
Saturday: Spicy Ginger Chicken, Salad
Sunday: Ranger Dinners
Monday: Crockpot Sante Fe chicken, Rice, Salad
Tuesday: Brian's Shrimp Masterpiece
Wednesday: Grilled Cheese, Chicken Noodle Soup, Salad (youth group meal)
