This Week's Menu Plan


Breakfasts
Thursday: Breakfast cookie, applesauce
Friday: Green Monster Smoothie
Saturday: Banana, Breakfast cookie
Sunday: Toast with PB/Banana
Monday: Baked Oatmeal
Tuesday: Green Monster Smoothie
Wednesday: Chocolate Muffins (low cal) except I am going to use sugar instead of splenda. ick.

Lunches:

Thursday: Sliced Turkey, cheese, Grapes
Friday: Tuna Sandwich, grapes
Saturday: Quesadilla, Grapes
Sunday: Pulled Pork Sandwiches (from freezer)
Monday: PB/J, grapes
Tuesday: Refried Beans, Rice
Wednesday: Leftover Chicken from Salad, Bread, Fruit

Dinners:

Thursday: Ranger Dinners
Friday: Dinner out
Saturday: BLT's, Salad, Fruit
Sunday: Buffalo Chicken Garbage Bread (new recipe), Salad
Monday: Tacos, Rice/Beans
Tuesday: Chicken Orzo Salad
Wednesday: Baked Potato Bar, Salad, Chili
