Sunday Snippet!

We had super busy week this week, mostly because I ended up working 2.5 days in the office.  Whenever I work more than my normal one day, things are just a little off kilter on the homefront.  Jon did so awesome with Addy the extra day though and he did my normal Thursday cleaning tasks for me too! (yes, I have daily cleaning tasks)

On Monday, Jon texted into  Positive Life Radio for a contest and ended up winning tickets to the Laugh Yourself To a Better Marriage Event in Spokane.  I told him that if he could work out the logistics then we could certainly go.  So he called my mom and she came to watch Addy, and we went to that event Friday/Saturday.

It was a wonderful event! I'm really glad we went.  Mark Gungor was the speaker and he was hilarious and did a great job keeping the attention of everyone there while delivering awesome content.  I feel super blessed that we were able to go.

After the event we went to Old Navy, and Hobby Lobby in Spokane.  I had never been to a Hobby Lobby store.  That is my dream store!!! We now have a new place we need to stop every single time we are in Spokane.  I only spent $8, but I am not going to start a list of things to pick up/look for each time I am there.

I am looking forward to next week.  Only one day of work, nothing super huge planned, and my birthday is next Saturday, so I plan on relaxing and maybe getting my flowers planted.  Anyone do anything fun and exciting this past week?
