Going easy on the meal front this week, since I will be doing lots of prep for Addy's birthday. Jon decided he wanted Corn Beef & Cabbage on Friday and since I don't like it very much the thought of having to learn how to put that meal together this week made me cringe. He's going to tackle that on his own, which will free me up do to more birthday cooking.
Thursday: Taco's, Salad
Friday: Corn Beef, Cabbage, Potatoes
Saturday: Croissants, Homemade Meat/Cheese Tray, Fruit, Chips, Cake & Homemade Ice Cream
Sunday: Shrimp Avocado Tostada's
Monday: Cheesy Hashbrown Chili (bumped from last week's menu because we ended up not needing to cook one night)
Tuesday: Chicken Caesar Salad
Wednesday: Pulled Pork Sandwiches, Salad, Chips, Dessert (youth group dinner)
