This week is a bit different for us because we leave Friday morning for a youth retreat through Monday. I am doing the food for it so my menu will contain that as well!!
Thursday - Chicken Quesadillas, Salad
Friday - On the Road
Saturday - Tacos, Salad
Sunday - Pulled Pork Sandwiches, Salad
Monday - On the Road
Tuesday - Tuna Casserole
Wednesday - Enchilada Casserole, Salad (for youth group)
Pretty basic this week - but it's a super crazy week preparing for our trip and buying, prepping, packing all the food. My kitchen will consist of a Hotel suite which has a mini fridge and sink, so we are bringing a big warmer/slow cooker, griddle, and all the knives, cutting boards and stuff I need. It's quite the ordeal. Thankfully my mom is coming to help and and hang out with Addy (and me too).
