So the report on last weeks cookie dough dip, is that it is good. What wasn't eaten for super bowl I ate a little each day there after on a graham cracker and it satisfied my sweet craving. Now - I'm SURE the other cookie dough dips you see (loaded with butter and cream cheese) taste better than this one, but if you are looking for healthy alternatives it is definately a winner! Not as sweet as a "sweet" but did not taste like hummus. haha!
Here's what I have lined up for this week:
Thursday - Shrimp Avocado Tostada - still getting rid of those tostada shells! :)
Friday - I am eating solo - Jon has a youth thing all evening
Saturday - Buffalo Chicken Tacos, Salad
Sunday - Baked Smores - Going to dinner at a friends we are bringing dessert
Monday - Crockpot Chicken Soup and Italian Breadsticks
Tuesday - Red Velvet Pancakes - & some sausage - yes for dinner - Happy Valentine's Day!
Wednesday - Grilled Cheese and Creamy Chicken Noodle Soup (youth group)
We also bought a juicer which we will be experimenting with this week - does anyone have any good juicing recipes?!
