This Weeks Menu

Thursday - Yoshida Fajitas (will post recipe)
Friday - Dinner Out as a family
Saturday - 7 Layer Tostadas (new recipe - want to use up the tostada shells from last week)
Sunday - SUPERBOWL - Buffalo Chicken Dip, Celery, Crackers, Cookie Dough Dip, Graham Crackers
Monday - Slow Cooker Chinese Chicken Curry w/rice & salad (new recipe)
Tuesday - Buffalo Chicken Pizza, Salad
Wednesday - Pancakes, Sausage, Fruit Salad (for youth group)

I would like to comment that I'm going on on a limb with the cookie dough dip.... It's somewhat healthy for you and the base is chickpeas.  Yeah.  Chickpeas.  We'll see, but I wanted to try it and see if that can possibly taste good.

  1. Thats not the cookie dough dip that I found on Pinterest this week then, as mine doesn't have chickpeas. But I'll be eager to hear what you think of it. Healthier is always good.

    I'm making a sweet Chex mix for Superbowl which includes Corn Chex, Golden Grahams, corn syrup, coconut and almonds. Yummy! I'm all about the sweet snack foods. Justin is making chicken wings.
