Here is this weeks meal plan:
Thursday: Sour Cream Chicken Enchiladas - New Recipe
Friday: Crockpot Chicken Taco Chili - New Recipe.
Saturday: Dinner Out before attending WSU Cougar Basketball game!
Sunday: I'm thinking we will have leftovers from Thursday or Friday and if not we'll do a frozen pizza!
Monday: Wingless Buffalo Chicken Pizza - a family fave! We even make our own dough!
Tuesday: Slow Cooker French Dips
Wednesday: Cauiflower -Feta Pasta Bake
I am also making it a goal to have a salad with EVERY dinner. Because it's just the two of us we can tend to get in the habit of only eating a main dish, and then we eat more of it. So I'm striving for salads or fruit this week to accompany each dinner.
Some other fun things I've cooked lately: Smore cookies... they were soooo delicious!
