This Weeks Menu Plan

This week's menu is super simple because we will be out of town for most of the week! I am going to visit my mom and leaving tomorrow and returning Sunday night, and my husband is off to a youth retreat with the youth group.

Monday: Yoshida Fajitas
Tuesday: Kung Pao Chicken - life got crazy this week so we are moving this from last week's menu
Wednesday: Crock pot Pulled Pork Sandwich

Last week's BLT Sandwich Salad was the BEST of the two new recipes I tried.  Oh my word, that candied bacon was to die for and when I put it into the weight watchers calculator a serving was only 8 points (I used less dressing and less sugar than the recipe).  Definately will be making that again.  The buffalo panini was great too!
