Albertsons Match Ups Oct 19-25

Not a whole lot of exciting sales at Albertson's this week.  Here's the highlights.

Meats:
Albertsons Whole Fryer Chicken $.79/lb
-We tend to use boneless skinless breasts for all our chicken recipes but occassionaly I roast a fryer and shred and freeze all the chicken for quick meat for pizza toppings, soups, etc.  You can also boil the bones of these for stock and freeze it!  You can get a LOT of mileage out of a whole chicken!

I often will slice up celery and carrots and freeze for soups and stews!
