Once a month we have our youth leader's meetings at our home. I always prepare dinner, and typically I do the same thing two nights in a row because it's easier for me to cook for the larger groups of people. We have the high school youth leaders meetings Tuesday, and the jr. high leaders Wednesday. I tell you all this to explain why we are having a Potato Bar two nights this week.

Turkey Wrap (x3)
Tuna Salad with whole wheat crackers (x2)
Leftovers (x2)

Glazed Beef Loaf - best meat loaf recipe I've had, it's from a friend.
Grilled Cheese w/Bacon
Homemade Pesto Pizza - Pesto/Alfredo combo, chicken, artichoke hearts, bell pepper
Baked Potato Bar - We are doing this two nights for ouryouth leaders meetings. It's a filling meal that's easy to feed a bunch of people!
Some microwavable dinner - Jon will be gone and mama needs a night off!
